The vault toilet does have a flat entrance and railings. Rangers only patrol periodically and due to the remoteness of the area cellular and wifi signals may not be available. As there are no designated spots, there are no paved or ADA accessible spots. Once your vehicle leaves the highway pavement, this is a shoreline access area as defined under our off-road vehicle plan.
